1. WHO WE ARE
Our company name is WISHLINEZ which is located at 44, Jalan 2/27a
Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our business is mainly through online trading as www.wishlinez.com (WISHLINEZ).

2. OUR PRODUCTS – CONTENT AND DESCRIPTIONS

This is regarding the changes that might be done to our products in terms of changing the prices (decrease or increase), descriptions, and shipping information and services offered. These changes (in needed) will be done without notice and we hope that every customer is aware of it. In terms of product appearance or image, there might be a slight difference especially in terms of colors. This may be affected by the different graphic display of your computer, However, we at WISHLINEZ, will try our best to show the exact illustrations of each product to prevent any dissatisfaction among our customers.

3. CHANGES MADE WITHOUT NOTICE
Please be informed that any changes of our products regarding the prices, descriptions, product removal or addition, will be done without notice. Therefore, all customers must be aware of this changes before placing orders.

4. ELIGIBILITY
In order to place an order with WISHLINEZ, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. However, if you are under eighteen (18), we advise that you ask for your parent or guardian to guide you when shopping and/or placing order from our website.

5. DELIVERY
a) We will deliver your package according to the address given. Any changes of shipping address should be done through email within 48 hours of purchase date. Any changes after 48 hours will not be entertained.
b) We will notify you if we think that we could not deliver your order within the requested time frame. We will contact you via email and we will ask for your reply for confirmation.
c) Standard packaging will be used to deliver your order. If the item is damaged or broken, please contact us for exchange or we will issue a full refund to you.
d) Delivery might take about 15-20 days depending on your location. However, if you do not receive your order after 30 days, please email us at admin@wishlinez.com and our team will assist you regarding this matter.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at admin@wishlinez.com within 48 hours from the purchase date. This is because after 48 hours, we assume that your order is confirmed and we will start processing it. If the item is already shipped and you want to cancel it, you must returned the item to us and we will process the refund for you. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
We cannot guarantee that you are 100% safe and there is no error regarding our site performance. By using our website, you are aware that you are using it with your own risk. Please make sure that you protect your data and cookies while using our website. For example, we advise that you use private browsing which will not save your cookies and browsing history. Besides that, there might be some errors while using our website services. However, we are always trying our best to overcome any shortcomings of our site performance so that you can have an easy and fun shopping experience.

8. TERMINATION
All customers have the right to terminate their account at any time. Besides that, if we noticed that any of our customers who failed to comply with our terms and conditions, we have the rights to terminate or suspend their account.

We may have to change or revise our terms and conditions from time to time. This is meant to suit the current products sold and the services offered. You will be notified if we made any changes regarding this matter.
