RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
Item which is not as described or not up to your satisfactory must be returned and a full refund will be given to you after a full investigation and consideration is done. You are given 2 options of refunds which are as follows:

FULL REFUND
A full refund will be given if you agree to return the item to us. The item condition must be unused, unworn, and it must be in the original packaging. Besides that, please make sure that any slip that comes with the packaging should be inserted so that we can identify your order number. Otherwise, we could not process your return and we could not issue a full refund for you.
Note: The shipping cost if retuned item must be covered by customer.

PARTIAL REFUND
Partial refund will be given if you agree to keep the item. This means that you accept any defects of the item as long as it can be used. Therefore, we will just request a few pictures as a proof and a partial refund will be given.

REFUNDS
It takes about one week or longer to process a refund. Please be patient while we try our best to complete your refund as quick as possible. The refunded money will be credited according to your payment method chosen:
PayPal – The refunded money will be available instantly in your PayPal account.
Credit Card – Please allow one or two statement for the refund transaction to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
